Technoton Construction B.V. is founded by Ozgur Holding (a Netherlands Company) and Kalemci Yapi Endüstri ve Ticaret A.S. in The Netherlands in June 2002.

Rijnmond Energy Center Project, in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Started in August 2002 and finalized in June 2004; Technoton is performed the civil works of the Rijnmond Energy Center Project, in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.

Construction of USA Embassies, Technoton has 2 finished and 1 ongoing projects in West Africa (Yaounde / Cameroon , Bomako / Mali, Conakry / Guinea) since February 2004.
